3/8" OD 316L SS Hydraulic Control Line Tubing

316/316L chemical processing industry is the most commonly used austenitic stainless steel. Molybdenum is added to improve the general corrosion resistance, improved resistance to chloride pitting resistance, and enhance the strength of the alloy at high temperature. By controlling the amount of nitrogen added, 316/316L Grade 316 is usually sufficient mechanical properties, while maintaining a low carbon content.
3/8" hydraulic control line is mainly used for chemical injection wells. That is, 3/8" hydraulic control line connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, and descaling by 3/8" injection valve and hydraulic control lines for the chemical. The downhole chemical injection from the surface of a certain depth in the tubing, the tubing so as to effectively eliminate fouling and to ensure that the normal production of oil and gas fields.
